Definitely a student film

This was my final project for my motion picture essentials class. As you can tell we didn't hire any oscar winning performers nor did we rent any high end equipment. But, it does represent a lot of work so here it is.

Thomas Edison

For some of you this will be a rare treat. (The rest of you won't care.) This is one of the very few recordings of Thomas Edison.

It is odd, but for being the "father" of sound he really didn't record his own voice very often. This short piece was recorded near the end of his life. I have a version of this that is a before and after restoration but it needs a little work still. I may post it when I finish it. Enjoy!
